The Shire of Chapman Valley hereby gives public notice of its Ordinary Council meeting for 2014:

Council will meet at 9.00am in the Council Chambers at Nabawa (3270 Chapman Valley Road) on each ordinary meeting date.

Natural Resource Management

Due to a restructure within the Northern Agricultural Catchments Council (NACC) the Shire of Chapman Valley no longer hosts a Natural Resource Management Officer, however, the Shire still considers land care to be an important activity and continues to implement projects and strategies across our region through the support of local participants and various funding bodies. Should you wish to register your interest to be involved in future natural resource management projects please email pofficer@chapmanvalley.wa.gov.au

Western Australian Heritage Festival 2014

Pack your suitcase, fill your rucksack and shove a jumbuck in your tuckerbag because you’re coming on a journey! Join the National Trust as it presents the Western Australian Heritage Festival and celebrate our heritage with over 165 fantastic events across the state.
The Festival has been a drawcard and inspiration for a host of new local heritage festivals in Beverley, Merredin, Laverton, Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Albany.
