CHAPMAN VALLEY COMMUNITY GROWTH FUND
The Shire of Chapman Valley are once again offering the Community Growth Fund for projects and activities that benefit the area of Chapman Valley. Application forms and Guidelines which are now available. Applications need to be submitted by the 9th October while projects need to be completed prior to 30th June 2016. SoCV LOCAL PLANNING SCHEME NO. 2 - AMENDMENT NO. 1 (Proposed rezoning of Lot 9 Chapman Valley Road, Narra Tarra from "Rural" to "Rural Smallholding")
The Shire of Chapman Valley is in receipt of an application seeking to rezone Lot 9 Chapman Valley Road, Narra Tarra from the 'General Farming' zone to the 'Rural Smallholding' zone, to allow for the later subdivision of the property into 2 lots.
A Copy of the Scheme Amendment No.1 documentation to elaborate upon this matter can be viewed by clicking here.
The applicant has prepared an Indicative Subdivision Guide Plan (included with the Scheme Amendment documentation) proposing that Lot 9 be subdivided into 2 lots as divided by the tributary line should the land be rezoned from 'Rural' to 'Rural Smallholding'.
This Scheme Amendment is available for inspection in order to provide opportunity for public comment and it should not be construed that final approval will be granted.
Submissions on the rezoning application may be made in writing on the enclosed Form No. 4 and must be lodged with the CEO of the Shire of Chapman Valley on or before 4.00pm Tuesday 3 November 2015.
