ANNUAL ELECTORS MEETING
The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Tuesday 8 February 2022 commencing at 6:00pm at Bill Hemsley Park Community Centre, Redcliffe Concourse, White Peak 6532.
The order of business will be:
- Confirmation of minutes from the previous Annual Electors Meeting, held on Thursday 11 February 2021
- Receiving of the 2020/2021 Annual Report which
includes:
2020/2021 Financial Statements
2020/2021 Audit Report
Presidents Report
Chief Executive Officers Report
