SCHEME AMENDMENT No.3 (REZONING APPLICATION)

LOTS 16, 17 & 18 BROWN LANE, WHITE PEAK

 

Notice is hereby given that the local government of the Shire of Chapman Valley has prepared the abovementioned Scheme Amendment for the purpose of:

 

1        Rezoning a portion of Lot 17 Brown Lane, White Peak and portion of Lot 18 Brown Lane, White Peak from ‘Rural’ to ‘Rural Residential’;

2        Rezoning a portion of Lot 17 from ‘Rural’ to ‘Public Purpose (Water)’;

3        Rezoning a portion of Lot 16 Brown Lane, White Peak and Lot 17 from ‘Rural’ to ‘Parks and Recreation’;

4        Modifying the Description of Land column for RR1 in Schedule 11 by replacing ‘Map 12/14’ with ‘Maps 12/14 and 13/14’; and

5        Amending the Scheme Maps accordingly.

Submissions on Scheme Amendment No.3 may be made in writing on the Submission Form (available by clicking on the following link) and must be lodged with the undersigned on or before 4:00pm Friday 22 April 2016.
