Elected Members
The Shire of Chapman Valley has seven elected members, known as Councillors. Councillors are elected by residents in the local community and represent the whole Shire.
The President and Deputy President are elected by the Councillors after every election.
Elections are held in October, on a two year rotation and Councillors are elected for a four year term.
