Administration Officer Positions

Vacancies exist for two Administration Officers working within the Finance and Corporate Services Team.  A full time (Monday to Friday) and a Part Time position 3 days per week situated at the Nabawa administration office.

We are looking for versatile, easily adaptable people who enjoy a variety of tasks.  This is a diverse role for someone with sound finance and office administration skills.  The position includes, yet not limited to, general office administration and finance duties (debtors, creditors, rates, cash receipting, bank reconciliations etc). The positions have been designed to ensure the incumbent has a broad diverse range of accountabilities and duties to perform with commitment to multi skilling.

An hourly rate up to $28.00 per hour is offered under the Local Government Industry Award 2010 dependent on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
