Proposed (Second-Hand) Ancillary Dwelling – 166 (Lot 191) Wittenoom Circle, White Peak

The Shire of Chapman Valley is in receipt of an application proposing to site a 40m² second-hand transportable building upon 166 (Lot 191) Wittenoom Circle, and construct a 24m² enclosed extension to the building on-site and a 36m² deck area, to serve as an ancillary dwelling (‘granny flat’).

 As the proposed development incorporates a second-hand component the Shire is advertising the application inviting comment prior to this matter being presented to the meeting of Council which will be held on Wednesday, 20 November 2019 commencing at 9:00am for its determination.

The Council meeting is open to the public should you wish to attend, and will be held at the Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road, Nabawa.
