Dolbys Drive Structure Plan

The Dolbys Drive Structure Plan was first adopted by Council at its 15 February 2017 meeting and was subsequently given final approval by the Western Australian Planning Commission.

The structure plan assists in coordinating subdivision should landowners choose to pursue their ability to subdivide.

The Dolbys Drive Structure Plan area has been subject to periodic review and updating, and on-ground subdivision in accordance with the structure plan.
