Venue Hire

The Shire of Chapman Valley have a range of venues and facilities available for hire ie events, functions, workshops and community activities. 

Approval is required from the Shire prior to your event.  

Download and complete a venue hire form - Bill Hemsley Park Community Centre and all other venues then send to cso@chapmanvalley.wa.gov.au.

We will contact you to confirm your booking.

Venues

The following venues are available for hire:

Bill Hemsley Park Community Centre

The verandah can be exclusively used when making a community centre booking using two sandwich boards notifying other park users of the private function.

These are to be displayed on east/west of the building (before the entrance door & shire office side). 

Nabawa Community Centre

Nabawa Pavillion & Basketball Stadium & Oval

Yuna Memorial Hall

Yuna Multipurpose Community Centre & Oval

Alcohol

Bar facilities will require a Permit or Liquor Licence depending on the function or event. If alcohol is to be served at an event, a permit from the Shire is required to have alcohol on Council property.

If alcohol is to be sold at an event or function then a Permit from the Shire and an Occasional License from Racing Gaming and Liquor will be required fourteen (14) days before your event.
