Community Growth Fund
Background
This funding is available to community based organisations, event organisers and individuals to support the promotion and development of social, economic, recreational, art & cultural projects for the benefit of residents of the Shire of Chapman Valley.
Applications for this grant program generally open in mid-February and close at the end of March each year, after which they are assessed and, if successful, endorsed in the Budget by the first week in August, with applicants notified of the outcome by mid-August each year.
Important Dates for 2026/27:
Applications Open: 15th February 2026
Applications Close: 27th March 2026
Budget Adoption: Approx. 30th July
Applicants Notified: 21st August 2026

All acquittal forms must be submitted by the third Friday in June, in order to be processed prior to the end of financial year.
