The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Friday 6th February 2026 commencing at 6:00pm at the Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road, Nabawa 6532.
The order of business will be:
- Confirmation of minutes from previous Annual Electors Meeting held on Monday 17 February 2025
- Receiving of 2024/2025 Annual Report which includes:
- 2024/2025 Financial Statements
- 2024/2025 Audit Report
- Presidents Report
- Chief Executive Officers Report
- General Business
