Congratulations to Nicole Batten on her return as Shire of Chapman Valley President and Trevor Royce as Deputy President.  The Shire also welcomes back Councillors Liz Eliott-Lockhart, Emma Rodney and new Councillor Peter Humphrey who were swon in at tonight's Special Council meeting. Along with our existing councillors they create a strong leadership team who care about community as we look to enhance our Shire.
