Wokarena Heights Structure Plan
The Wokarena Heights Structure Plan was first adopted by Council at its 19 September 2012 meeting and was subsequently given final approval by the Western Australian Planning Commission.
The structure plan assists in coordinating the road design and upgrades, services, drainage, infrastructure and public open space provision as the ‘superlot’ landowners choose to pursue their ability to subdivide.
The Wokarena Heights Structure Plan area has been subject to periodic review and updating, and on-ground subdivision in accordance with the structure plan.
