The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Thursday 6 February 2020 commencing at 6:00pm at the Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road Nabawa.

 The order of business will be: 

• Confirmation of minutes from the previous Annual Electors Meeting, held on Thursday 31 January 2019

• Receiving of the 2018/2019 Annual Report which includes:
• 2018/2019 Audited Financial Statements
• 2018/2019 Independent Audit & Management Report.
• Presidents Report
• Chief Executive Officers Report    

• General Business
