The Shire has received an application seeking to site 2 Tiny Homes, and potentially a further 2 Tiny Homes at a later date, upon 14 (Lot 29) Harmony Place, White Peak to offer short stay tourism accommodation for a maximum number of 8 people.

 

The applicant who resides on the adjoining 62 (Lot 30) White Peak Road is also seeking to hold wellbeing/creative events in a large tent approximately 6 times per year with an emphasis on meditation, yoga and art workshops for a maximum of 20 people (generally 10 people).
