The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Thursday 11 March 2021 commencing at 6:00pm at Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road Nabawa.
The order of business will be:
- Confirmation of minutes from the previous Annual Electors Meeting, held on Thursday 6 February 2020
- Receiving of the 2019/2020 Annual Report which
includes:
2019/2020 Financial Statements
2019/2020 Audit Report
Presidents Report
Chief Executive Officers Report
