Decisions on how the community would like to celebrate the event, what key activities will need to book early, any major changes to the format of the running of the show, upgrades to buildings and their timelines.  Any funding opportunities that may be utilised.

From this meeting sub committees may be formed. 

Day to day items eg. toilets, number of vendors/site sizes, changes to the Schedule may need to be done at a later date and can be done during the course of meetings in 2019.

If you could please RSVP your attendance, whether it be for an hour or just able to pop by that would be greatly appreciated, and please bring a cup to enjoy some morning tea.
