In accordance with section 6.11 (2) of the Local Government Act 1995, where a Local Government resolves to change the purpose of a reserve account or use the money in a reserve account for another purpose, it must give one month’s local public notice of the proposed change of purpose or proposed use.

Council is please to receive advice from the State Government via Hon David Templeman, Minister for Culture and the Arts; Sport & Recreation; International Education and Heritage that the Shire of Chapman Valley was successful in its grant application to the Community Sport & Recreational Facilities Fund.
