The Annual General Meeting of Electors of the Shire of Chapman Valley is to be held on Friday 6th February 2026 commencing at 6:00pm at the Council Chambers, 3270 Chapman Valley Road, Nabawa 6532.

The Shire is calling for motivated community members to join the Naraling Hall 100 Year Anniversary Advisory Group. This group will guide the planning and delivery of centenary celebrations in 2026, ensuring the event is inclusive, memorable, and honours Naraling Hall's unique local heritage.

You can view the Grant Opportunity Guidelines now to start planning your application. Grants include the Farm Business Transition Program and Livestock Industry Transition Program. These grants are part of the Commonwealth’s broader assistance package for the Western Australian sheep industry.

Following community consultation during July-August 2025, we have now reached the public comment period for the draft DAIP which incorporates community input.

An Ordinary Postal Election will be held on Saturday, 18 October 2025 in the Shire of Chapman Valley to fill the vacancies.
